Before I am a coach, a creator, or a consultant, I am Friend First. In a world that constantly demands we wear masks, hit targets, and conform to expectations, I believe the most profound transformation happens when we simply feel safe, seen, and supported. Whether we are sitting across from each other in a coaching session, strategizing in a corporate boardroom, or connecting through the characters in my books and musicals, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are—with the empathy and honesty of a true friend.
One Mission, Three Paths
My journey has taken me from the University of California, Irvine, where I studied Music, to Heriot-Watt University in Scotland, where I earned my MBA. This blend of artistry and strategy allows me to bridge diverse worlds, helping individuals and organizations find wholeness. For over 30 years, I have been in the entertainment industry and over 20 of those years in the marketplace. How do I cross industries? By being me and leading others to be them. I'm in the business of wholeness and resiliency, something all individuals and organizations should be.

The Coach
Trained by Identity Exchange under Jamie and Donna Winship, I serve as a confidential coach to executives, teams, and volunteers. My focus is on Identity, Transformation, Wholeness, and Resiliency. I help you let go of the noise so you can live from a place of receiving. True leadership and lasting business success don't come from rigid corporate structures; they come from human connection. My journey has spanned across diverse industries—from the fast-paced world of technology to high-level business strategy—and through it all, one truth remains constant: the best results happen when we build bridges between people. I bring my "friend first" philosophy into the boardroom, helping organizations align their brand identity, cultivate empathetic leadership, and build cultures where employees and ideas can thrive. When the people of an organization understands its true identity, the strategy naturally falls into place.
The Creator
I am a storyteller across every medium—word, music, and visuals. From my film and TV credits to my work as the author and illustrator of The Golden Wish Jr., I create content that explores the human journey. My staged musical, The Golden Wish, is a testament to the ties that bind us together.
The Consultant
In the corporate and non-profit sectors, I am a "Trusted Advisor" and "Right Hand" to Visionary CEOs and leaders. While process optimization, strategic growth, and innovation are important, they are a given. From small to international businesses, from Fortune 500 companies to non-profit organizations, whether as an executive or a consultant, I bring the critical, yet often overlooked, cultural business consultancy based on identity -- the only organizing principle of all living systems.
The Connector
I am a bridge-builder who values community. I served on the board for non-profits and have a deep heart for connecting with folks in vulnerable and marginalized communities.
I love connecting with people across cultures and languages—I am a native English speaker and am conversational in Taiwanese and Mandarin. I understand a little of Spanish and German as well.
